Internal Sales Executive

Based in Colchester

Salary circa £25,000 + benefits including uncapped commission

A successful and wellestablished supplier of educational supplies is currently looking to recruit a confident and ambitious Internal Sales Exec at their Colchester HQ. Offering an attractive basic salary plus benefits including monthly and quarterly bonus, this is a fantastic chance to develop your sales skills as part of a forwardthinking business, currently primed for significant growth.

The Role
This is an officebased role. You would be tasked with closing sales and winning new business through intelligent and tenacious phone activity, playing a key role in the companys ambitious growth plans. Working to realistic activity and revenue KPIs you would be expected to actively promote and sell the companys product range to schools across your region, both existing customers and prospects, establishing a rapport and closing business.

In time and once you have demonstrated success in the role you will be tasked with arranging and attending regular customer meetings, supported by a company who place great emphasis on developing skilled members of staff and helping them progress in their careers.

The Candidate
This role will suit individuals not afraid to pick up the phone and sell, able to demonstrate resilience and the desire to generate business and close sales. You will have experience working in a fastpaced environment having worked towards KPIs and will combine this with a strategic and commercial approach to your work.

You will be a confident and tenacious individual, with a proven track record of closing sales and exceeding targets, plus excellent influencing, negotiating and listening skills. You will be a problem solver, able to find answers and solutions to commercial questions and challenges and articulate them effectively.
