About the job

Your role will be to support the Transport Admin Manager with the following tasks:

Deal with incoming communications from customers, drivers and internal departments by phone or email
Enter new drops on to the Tracker System as and when they come in and keep Tracker up to date
Maintain Issac delivery instructions as and when
Scan Training Documents & update the information onto Focus
Check Driving Licences periodically and update information on Focus
Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager and the Operational Departmental Managers to include scanning of training records, holiday forms, etc
To support company staff in completion of IIP questionnaires when requested by HR Manager
Attend regular 1-2-1 meetings with your line manager.
Enter tray returns onto Issac system daily
Chase Drivers, Customers, Field Sales and Suppliers for outstanding trays
