Management Apprenticeship Coach/Trainer – Full Training provided
Location home and office based – Flexible to suit
The Apprentice Academy delivers Apprenticeship programs to organisations throughout the North West and some other regions of England. They have amongst the highest rates of apprenticeship success rates in the country with 100% first time passes through end point assessment.
Due to expansion they are looking for an experienced manager to join their training/coaching team as a Management Apprenticeship coach.
This is a new apprenticeship program that has been developed by employers and approved by the government.
We have two management development programmes: one is aimed at first line managers and the second is aimed at more strategic senior managers. Both are very popular as they include ILM qualifications in team management and operational management.
As part of the role you will work with a cohort of learners (up to 40) on a one to one basis from different organisations, helping them to develop their management knowledge, skills and behaviours.
It is anticipated that learners will be based mainly in the North West with some travel to other locations. Travel will be required to employer sites as well as home working. Our head office is based in central Manchester.
Essential Role Criteria:
• Minimum of 5 years in a management role
• The ability to communicate and relate to people at all levels
• A methodical and organised approach to work
• IT literate
• Accurate report writing and record keeping skills
• Driving license and access to a car
