Theyre now looking to recruit a Marketing Data Analyst.
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Data Analyst to help our client deliver their ambitious growth targets through a targeted, and datadriven strategy.
You will empower them with the data they need to maximise their marketing ROI, and ensure all their marketing is working to their maximum potential.
This is a brandnew role, and they need your expertise to hit the ground running!
What is expected of the Marketing Data Analyst;
Put in place robust data capture and reporting processes to ensure theyre able to use their customer data for marketing purposes.
Use their own data and enhance with 3rd party data to accurately segment their customer base, providing detailed personas they can target.
Proactively identify opportunities for increasing the LTV of their customers (retention, upsell and xsell).
Support the marketing team with the data to run an ongoing program testing their comms (adhoc and trigger based) to maximise their return, including postcampaign analysis.
Manage and build upon all their reporting systems incl. Salesforce and Google Analytics
Weekly and monthly KPI tracking and reporting.
Develop a rolling customer research program, using qualitative and quantitative feedback to optimise their marketing proposition.
Identify market trends to ensure their marketing plans are implemented at the optimal times of the year.
Work with their SalesForce developer.
Responsible for maintaining up to date GDPR compliance across the data we hold. Building upon and ensuring compliance with the inhouse policies.
What we look for in a Marketing Data Analyst;
At least 2 years experience of managing a companys CRM function.
Experience of using Salesforce/Pardot.
Expert knowledge in deployment of email & platforms data solutions.
Creative approach in developing successful content strategy.
Accuracy and strong attention to detail.
Ability to source and interpret customer data to drive profitability.
Passionate, enthusiastic and enjoy working in a constantly growing and evolving. department, closeknit team and ambitious company.
Data driven with a high level of technical ability.
Proactivity, forward thinking and the ability to take the initiative is essential.
Ability to work independently.
