About the job
As a digital analyst you will be responsible for supporting the digital teams with website analysis and reporting, where you will be providing key insight and recommendations to improve the customer experience/journey. The main responsibilities of this role include:
Providing regular insight on customer site behaviour to key stakeholders, with clear
analysis to support the brief. To be the digital expert on the current web analytics tool, ensuring data is robust,
accurate and trusted, including the ability to identify and fix tagging issues
Work with the Insight team to bring together both customer and browse behaviour to
help support the single view of the customer Able to support development project teams with business reporting requirements.
Maintaining and managing site tagging within DTM to support analytics requirements.
Includes working with IT and 3rd party agencies to transfer tagging requirements
into deliverables To be able to identify and propose changes to the data layer to support analytics
Basic salary up to £34,000
