Good attention to detail and dexterity, with proven experience of the accurate handling of fine wiring and/or small components using precision tools (electrical/electronic or mechanical assembly).
Ability to work as part of a team and a flexible approach to procedural changes/adaptations
Ability to understand and follow detailed written and verbal technical instructions
IT literate, including basic emails, data entry, time sheets etc
Enthusiastic towards learning new skills
What does the role involve?
Carrying out rework and repairs where required and arranging for parts to be delivered
Repair investigation and conducting test plug tests
Testing for leaks on all equipment and quality control
Ability to work with small components and a high attention to detail
To carry out MPEs
Adaptable to different situations
Inspection & quality checks throughout the repair process
Assisting team leaders
The correct application and use of precision hand tools, test equipment, adhesives and chemicals
Accurate completion of administrative duties to include inputting data on computer systems and repair worksheets
