A London based law firm is looking for an Office Assistant to provide effective reception, secretarial and administrative support to the Company, as may be required for its efficient operations. The person also will be partly responsible for basic PR and marketing functions.
providing comprehensive administrative support to the Legal Director and a team of professionals;
screening and responding as appropriate to incoming calls, visitors and correspondence;
organizing conference calls, meeting and events;
planning ahead/research of key events and meetings;
providing effective management of travel arrangements for all;
translation (from English into Russian, from Russian into English) of documents;
preparing and submitting monthly expenses;
managing Companys social media properties (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), including daily monitoring, posting, and content development;
managing updates of the Companys website;
drafting presentations, briefings, leaflets and other marketing materials;
managing other project work as required.
The successful candidate will:
have at least 2 years of relevant experience;
speak and write in fluent Russian and English;
have been educated to a degree level from a recognised university (preferable but not mandatory a UK/EU/USA degree in PR/Marketing);
have advanced level of IT literacy: knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, ability to touch type, experience in formatting documents;
have strong organisational and administration skills;
have excellent planning and prioritisation skills;
have strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to build relationships with a wide variety of individuals;
be driven and enthusiastic.
