Office Administrator - Part Time
An exciting opportunity to join an expanding construction consultancy at Office Administrator level. Reporting to the Directors, you will join an established practice with a remit to help manage the office and support with submissions and bids on a part time basis.
It is envisaged that the Office Administrator role will be for a minimum of 15 hours per week, although this may be extended dependent upon workload, and will involve day to day admin functions within a busy office, including:-
- General office management and housekeeping
- Updating web site
- Updating social media accounts
- Answering phones
- Greeting visitors
- Ordering and managing stationary and other office consumables
- Diary management
- Managing suppliers
- Arranging and setting up for meetings
- Preparing submissions for bids and awards
- Organising company events
Due to the breadth of scope within this role, potential candidates must demonstrate previous experience of working within an office environment and the ability to manage multiple workflows.
