About the job
Are you an experienced Sales Administrator but feel like its time for a new challenge? Eden Scott are currently working on an excellent opportunity to join an organisation based in the city centre.
This position would suit someone that enjoys working on lots of different tasks and isnt afraid to get stuck in to ensure all duties are completed on time and accurately.
About the role
General office administrative duties.
Travel arrangements, expenses and organising training days.
Give support to the sales and marketing team.
Attending exhibitions and conferences with sales team for marketing support.
Making sure sales run smoothly with order coordination with HQ.
Shipping care and orders/shipment followup.
Looking after invoicing and expenses.
Strong IT skills and proficient in the use Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Sales/ Marketing assistant experience is essential.
Excellent organisational and administration skills.
Positive, enthusiastic attitude and good team player.
Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
Able to prioritise and meet deadlines and targets.
