About the job
This company is looking to recruit a PA / Office Manager. The PA/Office Manager function is a resource provided to manage a number of activities for Senior Management and the Sheffield Office including:
PA/Administrative support to Senior Management
Facilities Management for the Sheffield Office. Responsibilities include the management of thirdparty maintenance suppliers, including the facilities maintenance of the Data Centre.
PA support for Senior Management, including post distribution, diary management, travel arrangements, minutes of meetings, expense reconciliation, filing etc.
Manage the Purchase Order function using Oracle for the administration dept, including budget control for all building related purchases and office services [stationery, travel, car hire etc].
Manage the Reception function (inc two Receptionists)
Skills and Experience:
Previous experience in a PA role.
Previous experience in a Facilities Management role.
PC Literate (MS Word/Excel/Powerpoint)
Word Processing 60wpm
Effective communication skills
Ability to manage projects
Work on own initiative
Ability to prioritise workload
