The Priory Highbank Centre is a 62 bedded centre providing specialist brain injury services and mental health services and is part of the Priory Group.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and effective communicator to join the team at the Priory Highbank Centre. The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent communication and organisational skills and ideally experience in customer relations.
The successful candidate will be the direct support for the Senior Management Team and will manage the administration team at site. The role will involve regular written, telephone and face-to-face contact with all levels of staff and external agencies. The ideal candidate will be confident communicating at all levels, therefore, excellent literacy and verbal communication skills are required.
The post holder will be expected to have the computer skills to maintain accurate data, produce correspondence, and arrange meetings therefore knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is essential. Training will be provided for the use of any other software used.
