Part time Design Technology (Resistant Materials) Teacher required for 3 days per week (MonWed) Immediate Start at an OFSTED Outstanding Secondary School.

Are you available to start work immediately (February half term latest)?
Tradewind Recruitment are currently looking for an outstanding DT Teacher to join an oversubscribed, high achieving Academy in Merton. Are you a teacher of DT not happy in their current role? If so we want to hear from you.
This is a parttime, longterm role replacing a permanent teacher, but the role will start on a temporary basis and the pay will be very competitive.
We are looking for:
A DT Teacher who can teach KS3 to KS5 Resistant Materials and preferably with Graphics and/or Product Design teaching experience. A committed practitioner, who will want to attain the highest standards in teaching and learning throughout their role.
A collaborative and driven individual who will support and lead on the delivery of the subject through inventive approaches including curriculum design and the use of ICT . Someone who would be available for the foreseeable future (every Monday Wednesday) and interested in a permanent position.
The role: Teaching DT over a varied timetable and across different Key Stages and abilities.
Our Client: Is a large and modern, popular Academy educating both boys and girls aged from 11 to 18. They have been recently rated as Outstanding in all areas again by OFSTED.
Location: The school in Merton is easily accessible by Rail, Tube, bus and by car.

To join us and be successful in this Design Technology teacher role, you will need to:
Hold QTS status or equivalent teaching qualification. Have an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks.
Have a CV that covers the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks must be explained. Have the legal right to work in the UK
