Our leading UK Banking client are looking for multiple highly organised PMO Analysts to join their work, implementing an automated solution for the calculation and payment of annuities for Insurance products which are now maturing.

The successful candidates MUST have/be:

4+ years PMO Analyst experience ESSENTIAL
FS / Banking / Insurance backgrounds ESSENTIAL
Experience of working within a PMO delivery role supporting change initiatives.
Good understanding of project planning, project governance and compliance.
Good Oral/Written communication and Analytical Skills
Selfstarter / Ability to organise own workload

Key Accountabilities:

The purpose of the role is to work within the PMO team and provide PMO services across the programme ensuring the programme is aligned to the Programmes Governance principles.
Support projects in management of RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Decisions) and Change Control, reporting and managing through the Banks reporting tool (CMT)
Coordinating the production of the status reports within the Banks reporting tool (CMT) and liaise with project managers to challenge any content and quality
To assist with the preparation of Steering Committee, Programme Board and other project team packs.
Divisional level report coordination and submission
Divisional level Governance to ensure consistency and compliance across the Division Portfolio
Good knowledge of FS organisations and generic project management methodology; Good MS office skills, including MSP; Indepth experience of Governance Processes and RAID management.
