Start-up / fast-paced growth business

Ideal background: FMCG / technology / travel / hospitality / Real Estate /

Key focus: g enerate and convert B2C and B2B leads

Pro-active sales role

As Proactive Sales / Business Development person, you will become an ambassador for the business, lead efforts to increase sales and revenue for the group through the development of relevant leads and business opportunities.

This is a hands-on and pro-active role. We are looking for a passionate individual, autonomous yet enjoying working in a team, keen to achieve and exceed goals, thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidate

  • Pro-active sales experience in B2B and B2C
  • Hardworking, self motivated and prepared to take a hands on role;
  • Excellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Persistent attitude when faced with obstacles;
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Strong analytical skills to understand key business indicators and competitive trends and develop approaches to these challenges
  • Commercially aware;
  • New business development experience
  • Excellent organisation skills
