Working within the Programme Office to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and scope. Ensuring all projects are governed in line with PRINCE 2 methodology.
Duties will include
Provide business analysis support and input into major change initiatives.
Work alongside Project Managers to facilitate successful delivery of projects. Support business stakeholders with business case production including business, technical and financial feasibility assessment.
Develop strong relationships with key business stakeholders.
Plan and conduct requirement elicitation workshops where required and document the outcomes.
Ensure that what the business is trying to achieve is fully understood without jumping to any IT solution.
Interpret and replay the requirements to all stakeholders at both a strategic and operational level.
Translate user requirements into functional specifications, using natural language.
To liaise with the all departments on project development.
To undertake any other duties as appropriate within their competence as required by the PMO.
