This company is a letting agency located near Edinburghs City Centre. They are looking for a fulltime Property Manager to start as soon as possible. This is a fulltime position; Monday to Friday with work hours from 9am to 5pm (occasionally after hours).

This role will include:
Showing properties to prospective tenants
Organising maintenance works
Corresponding with landlords, tenants and contractors
Meeting with new landlords to promote the company
Compiling inventories and exit inspections (using our software)
Conducting routine property inspections
To fulfil your responsibilities as a property manager, you will be required to drive to various appointments, and therefore you will need to have a valid drivers licence and your own reliable car. Experience in the lettings industry would be an advantage, as would a good knowledge of the law relating to lettings.
