Holiday Inn Leicester - Wigston is looking for hardworking individuals to join their friendly Housekeeping Team as Public Area Cleaners/Room Attendants on a permanent basis.
What will I be doing?
As a Room Attendant/Public Area Cleaner, you are responsible for cleaning the general public areas and guest rooms and replenishing amenities to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Room Attendant will also be required to manage guest requests. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Perform all cleaning tasks as instructed by the Head Housekeeper, Deputy Head Housekeeper and Supervisor to the highest standard.
Ensure we maintain high standards of excellence.
Maintain consistently high standards of cleanliness, looking after guests needs and maintaining a polite and courteous attitude.
Liaise with Head Housekeeper to ensure all rooms are cleaned in conjunction with guests check in / departures.
Maintain clean rooms by vacuuming, polishing, providing linen services, dusting, cleaning, other duties as advised by line manager.
Work on a rota basis which will Include Weekends, hours subject to hotel occupancy levels.
Please note that the shift start time is 6am.

28 days annual holiday entitlement including bank holidays.
Previous experience is desirable but not an essential as training will be provided.
