Strategic Planning Online Marketing
Develop the Online HR Marketing strategy for DACH together with Demand Generator and Head of TA DACH
Plan annual budget of HR marketing according to strategy
II Develop the external employer brand
Set up a tracking for Traffic and conversion
Leverage data to invest in the right channels
Define campaign set up based on german needs
create content with appealing content in various formats for Junior Sales People (articles, infographics, videos).
actively develop social media and email campaigns with subsequent reporting.
Being in charge of our careers website enter content and always have an eye on reporting (e.g. with Google Analytics, Salesforce).
create marketing collaterals, advertising material and information material for SThree as employer
Develop a social media strategy incl. facebook, xing, twitter, youtube, employee blog and kununu
Regular postings (daily/weekly) around company news, upcoming events, social activities etc.
Set up and administrate company profiles (xing, kununu, etc.)
Create and continuously develop the SThree DACH employee blog
Set up regular marketing campaign to : drive traffic and visibility(likes, followers, visitors, application)
Review and controlling
HR Marketing Materials
Adapt international marketing materials (eg. Candidate brief, leaflet, fair stand) for Germany: translation, layout, content
Develop and produce German specific videos
Develop advertising library
Create new marketing materials for the German market
Offline: Coordinate print media based on HR Strategy, negotiation with suppliers
