A great position has arisen for a Registered Nurse to join one of the leading Healthcare Providers within a Care Home located in Wigan.
The purpose built home is situated within a quiet residential area where they provide nursing care and severe and ensuring mental health care.

This is a part time role where you will receive an excellent salary of �34,663 pro rata per annum with great supplementary benefits.

For this position, we are seeking someone with a valid NMC registration and someone who has experience within a Care Home. You will also need to have the ability to manage time effectively and keep records up-to-date and accurate. On the whole you�ll value kindness above all.
As a Registered Staff Nurse you will be expected to:
� Deliver the highest standards of care as you assess the nursing needs of the residents.
� Identify and create effective care plans for every resident in your care
� Assess, plan, implement and evaluate person-centred care for each individual that meets their needs and demonstrates outcomes within the expected timescales
� Develop a good relationship with and supervise colleagues to champion residents� safety and dignity
� Manage shifts and handover summaries to ensure continuity of care
� Ensure the residents� medical, physical and emotional requirements are met
� Maintain accurate records
� Undertake medication administration in accordance with best practice and prevailing NMC guidance and EC policies and procedures

You must be a qualified Registered Nurse with a current NMC registration and previous experience within a Care Home to be considered for this role.
