About the role:
Youll be joining our new and expanding Sales team as a sales agent supporting business customers through outbound calling to assist with the journey of bringing their supply over to E.ON making the process smooth and painless. Through conversations, using your excellent communication techniques you will look to persuade customers and negotiate a package that will ultimately work for our customer. Building rapport with our customers can help to build a strong working relationship and keep them a customer with E.ON.
Youll initially join us on a temporary basis, but there may be the opportunity to become a permanent E.ON employee at a later date. Theres a range of great benefits on offer too:
£9.31 per hour + uncapped commission scheme, the average monthly bonus payments in this area are currently circa £700 per month.
Youll qualify for an annual bonus scheme.
Youll start with 28 days annual leave year, but after 12 weeks this will increase to 34 days (including bank holidays)
Theres good transport links nearby, an onsite canteen serving hot and cold food, and a free drinks vending machine.
Ideally youll have some previous experience working in a customer service and/or contact centre role with an understanding of sales. Naturally youll also have great communication skills, and will be comfortable handing large volumes of calls professionally.
Our contact centre is open from 8am until 6pm Monday to Friday.
