What to expect
In your new role as a Sales Advisor , youll be supporting internal and external customers across a wide range of processes. Focusing on customer enquiries, youll respond promptly to our customers needs, providing solutions and preventing escalation of problems. Youll develop and maintain relationships with customers, informing them of progress and managing expectations.
Youll be recording and inputting data into our systems, ensuring that tasks, problems, complaints and customer profiles are accurate and uptodate. Youll also be identifying areas for improvement, and working to KPIs that are designed to ensure our customers experiences are second to none.
A big part of your role will be to sell our products and retain customers who may be considered switching energy provider. Working as part of a team, youll be driving product promotion activity and working to targets for the crossselling and upselling of products and services.
