Sales Advisor - Milton Keynes - £20,000 basic, year one OTE £35,000

They have a brand new office based in Hertfordshire and are now looking for a number of Sales Advisors to join their team and help them continue their success in this next phase of growth. With our award winning brand we are fully committed to maintaining our high standards with continuous personal development training for all our sales advisors. As a sales advisor the main purpose of your role will be to secure the sale of the right financial protection product for the customer so listening, empathy and service skills all required.
Responsibilities - Sales Advisor
Providing best practice advice at all times
Maintaining a very high level of customer service and continuous professional development
Providing a on-line quotation service and advice service to inbound callers
Following up calls and e-mails and offering high quality customer service and competitive quotations, products and services.
Providing the brand with accurate information by inputting quality data to the database
Ensuing that standards of professionalism are exceeded at all times
Desired Skills - Sales Advisor
18 months experience within a sales environment with associated experience & product knowledge or
Proven track record of sales achievement
Ambition and drive, OTE is uncapped and we want people who are keen to earn a good salary for their success within their role
Good team worker, self motivated, remains calm under pressure, possessing high standards and attention to detail.
As our Sales Advisor you will be bright, enthusiastic and hard working. You will enjoy being part of a close knit team who work in an open and cohesive way and enjoy learning from each other. It's vital that our Sales Advisors bring emotive intelligence and empathy to the role, they will be driven to give great service and ensure the brand maintains and builds upon positive customer service reviews on a range of sites. As a Sales Advisor you will work two shifts an early 8am-4pm and a late 12pm - 8pm. We need flexibility with that and you will also work one Saturday in four.

Realistic OTE for this role in 1 st year is £30-32K, they have had customer service sales advisors earn over £40K. The most experienced and successful people in the company are earning £55-60K.
