Senior Account Manager
£34k basic + double OTE
Top 20 IT VAR
Achieve £30k GP for 12 months consecutively progress into a Account Director.
Provides IT services and products to public, private and third sector organisations in the UK, Europe, Middle East and AsiaPacific.

Proven solutions for the implementation of key Citrix, Microsoft, communications, storage and management technologies.
As companies choose to move more service delivery to the cloud, we have a range of services to assist from strategic consultancy, through Backup and DR as a Service, to a private cloud platform utilising either Microsoft Azure or our own secure, UK facility.
Our support services include BreakFix Hardware Maintenance, specialist second and third line support for Citrix and Cisco technologies as well as proactive managed IT services.
We also work with all the leading providers of technical training to ensure that you and your team have the technical knowledge and knowhow to perform effectively.
The Role of a Senior Account Manager:
The role of Senior Account Manager is to identify, nurture and close sales opportunities within a defined account base Ensure individual monthly and yearly targets are met
Sell and promote the businesses full portfolio and services Work with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Manage and orchestrate customer face to face engagements Attend regular technology training sessions
The Candidate: A proven IT Sales Background (2 years plus within a VAR or MSP)
Experience within Infrastructure, Cloud, Professional / Managed Services, Converged Infrastructure, Workspace Ambitious and Selfmotivated
Capable of managing own time and workload Full understanding of products, prices and supplier discounts
Driven to achieve with a positive mental attitude Communication skills (listening, persuasive, presentation)
Courage to address and resolve issues Flexible approach to business requirements
Is creative and uses own initiative whilst also paying attention to detail Energetic and hungry
