Job Title: Helpdesk Team Member

Location: Ulverston, Cumbria

Salary: £22,000 to £28,000 per annum

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Provide first class support to existing customer base
Analysis of problems and issues, seeking resolution or appropriate training
Effectively escalate support cases to the internal development team when required

Key Requirements:

Prior knowledge of retail businesses / Retail experience
A sound grasp of ICT skills such as using MS Office
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Able to work to deadlines
Resilient and upbeat attitude
Ability to be able pick up new systems with ease
