You will be working closely with senior managers to analyse, monitor and investigate large amounts of data using Excel and Salesforce.
This rapidly growing tech savvy ecommerce company fund are looking for another member to join their wellestablished analytics function. Problem solving and monitoring any issues which may arise during the integration of data from various sources. It is a fastpaced environment, you will have the chance to work within an extremely bright and innovative team.
As a Technical Support Analyst, your responsibilities will include:
Monitoring and investigating the daily processes from the operational platform
Analysing the data to identify any problems or issues
Working closely with the rest of the Commercial Operations team to provide solutions
Using Excel and Salesforce to perform analyse on the data
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Degree in a quantitative subject
An analytical mindset
Proven Excel and VBA experience
Good communication skills and the ability to liaise with stakeholders from a nontechnical background
