Technical Lead

Salary - £50,000 - £55,000

My client has just signed off a brand new role for a Technical Lead to come and join their team in Westminster, London. The company itself is a full services marketing and communications agency specialising in the life sciences sector.

They are on the lookout for a talented individual that has got hands on and team lead experience. The split between responsibilities will be:

70% - Consultancy, working with client briefs, understanding solutions, working out how to approach projects and then leading the project.

30% - Hands on work using mainly HTML5, CSS3, Javascript/Jquery, C# and .Net.

10% - Upscaling business/coming up with new ideas

You will be working with 3 different teams which includes the digital team of 2, project management team of 11 and a UX/UI team of 9.

Technical Lead Required Skills:

  • HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
  • C#, ASP.NET
  • SQL Server 2008+

Nice to have skills include:

  • Photoshop Skills
  • Experience working with Version Control Systems
  • Experience of developing sites for mobile devices
  • Understanding and experience of responsive design techniques
  • Experience of Cordova/PhoneGap hybrid app framework
  • Ability to learn new systems/codebases quickly
  • Good understanding of web accessibility
  • Understanding of healthcare and pharmaceutical industry
