Due to continued expansion, the Company is seeking a Weighbridge / Logistics Administrator located from their Ellesmere Port site.
Weighbridge / Logistics Administrator
Working in a busy environment the successful candidate must be highly organised, have a good eye for detail with strong IT and communication skills. Experience dealing with high volumes of goods being dispatched in a similar role would be an advantage but full training will be provided.
Ensuring vehicles attending the site have the correct and necessary paperwork;
Maintain high levels of good customer service;
Ensure weighbridge customers are aware of Health and Safety within the site;
Adding and updating information on internal software system;
Assist with general, operational and maintenance administrative duties when required.
A minimum of 1 years administration experience;
Ability to work within a team environment;
Minimum of 4 GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths;
Excellent IT skills and proficient in Microsoft office packages;
Proactive with strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to prioritise effectively and work under pressure;
Due to the location of the site own transport is essential.
Previous experience in a similar role within an FMCG environment;
Ability to demonstrate strong excel skills
The Weighbridge / Logistics Administrator position is available for an immediate start. 40 Hours per week Monday to Friday.
