Outline of**Role**:

To support the smooth delivery of the projects and manage client expectations.

Essential Requirements to be successful in the role:

Reporting to the Projects Team Leader, pivotal aspects of your role will include.

  • Allocation of equipment using our in-house system
  • Liaising with suppliers on a daily basis
  • Production of quotations and project schedules
  • Liaising with the warehouse
  • Budget monitoring
  • Scheduling of deliveries and collections
  • Email inbox management
  • Issue resolution and progression reporting

Previous administrative experience in projects

  • Accountability for own outputs

  • Data accuracy

  • Support of management as required

  • Maintaining spread sheets

  • Checking of admin work

  • Pevious administrative experience in projects

  • High standard of both external and internal communication

  • Strong organisational skills

  • Strong IT skills and knowledge/experience with all MS office packages including Microsoft Excel

  • SAGE experience

  • Manage and prioritise a diverse workload

  • Internal progression reporting

  • Monitor and adhere to key dates and deadlines

  • Challenge inaccurate and or omitted information provided

  • Problem solving under pressure

  • Ability to present solutions by using your initiative and investigating where required
