Our client is looking for a professional and experienced Telesales Executive to work at their corporate offices in Milton Keynes. The role of the Telesales Executive is to make outbound B2B calls to create new business opportunities and develop relationships within their existing client base. Working closely with the wider business to give the best customer experience, you will also build your own relationships with clients to promote other areas of the business portfolio.
Your responsibilities as a Telesales Executive will include:
Making 50- 60 outbound B2B cold calls to prospective businesses within the UK on a daily basis.
Offering pre and post-event support to new and existing customers.
Qualifying prospects from Marketing driven campaigns, identifying decision makers.
Researching new leads and finding new key accounts/contacts specifically related to our key sectors through a variety of industry specific databases and internet searching.
Identifying new business opportunities for the sales team by carefully questioning and understanding the needs of the customer.
Arranging meetings for the field sales team to discuss the product further and finalise the sale.
Generating and diarising high quality consented leads for call backs in the future.
Researching and networking to develop contact lists with key professionals in targeted sectors and industries.
Meeting and exceeding targets and KPIs.
Sending out company literature to prospective clients.
Continually updating and cleansing the customer database with key marketing and competitor information.
Ensuring process and market knowledge is up to date.
Participating in weekly team meetings.
To be considered for this role, you must be:
A motivated self-starter who is eager to create and maintain business relationships both internally and externally.
Strong written/verbal communication skills.
Organised, able to manage own time and productivity effectively.
Attention to detail - particularly when creating and maintaining accurate customer records.
Strong research skills, able to identify industry pain points, relevant contacts etc.
Experienced in a similar quality focused, consultative sales environment.
A desire to continuously learn and develop.
