We currently have a great opportunity for an Electrically biased Mobile Maintenance Engineer to join one of the UK's most established maintenance providers. The role is covering planned and reactive maintenance building services across properties within Surrey, South West and South East London.

You will be experienced with Building Electrical and HVAC systems, being able to work independently whilst also being adaptable to different maintenance teams on various sites. You should hold an electrical qualification, with at least five years commercial building services maintenance experience with the following:


Monday to Friday, 8-5


£36,000 per annum
25 days holiday

Electrical Fault-Finding
Single & Three Phase Power
Emergency Lighting
Fire Alarms
BMS Operation
