We are currently looking for a highly motivated and customer focused individual to join the team.
Customer Service Representative Epsom up to £23,600K pa
My client is a wellestablished, traditional building society who are innovative and with strong core values. They are passionate about team development and always encourage progression and promotion from within.
The work is varied consisting of telephone and administration based work, providing first class customer service to my clients existing customers their mortgage and savings products.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking for a new and varied challenge.
This is a full time role comprising 37.5 hours a week, worked Monday to Friday on a shift basis between the hours of 8.00am to 5.30pm. You will also be required to work one Saturday a month, between the hours of 9.00am to 12.00pm, for which an additional allowance is paid.
What youll need to be considered:
At least 1 years experience working in a call centre environment.
Previous customer serve and admin experience
Good IT literacy (including the use of Microsoft office, outlook, word and excel).
Some experience within the Financial Services industry would be advantageous.
Confident, clear and friendly telephone manner.
Calm and efficient under pressure
Able to work as part of a team
Eager to learn and progress
