Boden Group have an opportunity for an experienced Facilities Development Manager working for a large Facilities Management and Construction Company. The role is based on a PFI contract, working at a two sites in the West Midlands.
 
Our Client is one of the largest employers in the UK for facilities and construction, they are looking for a Facilities Development Manager who is prepared to improve and progress within the business. The successful PM will manage the projects from inception to completion and will be responsible for budget management through to handover.
 
Role:

Manage Small Works and Capital projects Valuing from £200 up to £100,000
Produce and development managerial reports 
Conduct meetings with the client to keep them up to date on all projects 
Manage suppliers/contractors of the account
Liaise with the management and commercial teams to manage the finance of the account
Ensure that standards are maintained across the sites and projects
Management of Sub Contractors on site who deliver the Hard and Soft services
Responsible for raising purchase order for Facilities & checking invoices
Ensure compliance with the client’s procedures
Management of the Compliance and H&S ensuring the site meets relevant standards
Identify and mange any risk in relation to non-compliance  
Candidate:

Project Management with relevant role experience
NVQ in Construction or Equivalent qualification 
Electrical or Mechanical Experience Desirable as is Prince 2
HSEQ Training-IOSH/NEBOSH or Equivalent
PFI or NHS Contract experience
Cost management and control, and quality monitoring
CDM experience
Experience with sub-contractors
DBS Check Required
Hold or working toward Professional Institute Membership
Experience of leading in H&S and welfare for own project works and those of others
Experience of managing Client facing Project Works services across a diverse multi-site TFM portfolio.
Good Reactive Temperament
Based in West Midlands
Good communication skills both verbal and written
Full and Clean driving licence
