Senior Operations Administrator

Senior Operations Administrator is sought by an international, omni-channel hair & beauty service provider and retailer.

  • The company is moving from their Coventry office in September to Central Birmingham within a few minutes' walk of New Street Station, and are looking for someone to start prior to the move and commute to Coventry until they move.

  • Known formally in the business as Senior Operations Coordinator, your duties will include:

  • Investigation into sales differences
  • Liaison with Salons regarding banking and credit card issues
  • Track and review KPIs in conjunction with General Managers
  • Collating, reviewing and following up on various reports on behalf of and in conjunction with the Finance Department, General Managers (GMs) and Regional Business Managers (RBMs)
  • Review journey plans against performance and business needs; make suggestions and recommendations to the RBMs as necessary
  • Providing accurate and concise information to the GMs and RBMs in preparation for meetings/presentations via PowerPoint presentations and handouts for meetings, ensuring the GMs and RBMs have the right information beforehand
  • Liaising with Finance to ensure all required financial reports are produced and distributed as required
  • Updating, maintaining and distributing hierarchy of field team and sending out updates to relevant people
  • Organising UK field meetings in conjunction with GMs
  • Co-ordinating emails and general memos
  • Organising RBM meetings in conjunction with GMs
  • Producing and distributing performance leagues
  • Ordering and tracking incentive awards
  • Tracking salon closures ? ensuring paperwork and actions completed

  • The successful Senior Administrator should have the following skills and experience:

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office ? particularly Excel
  • Ability to communicate well both written and verbally
  • Confidence to engage and advise management
  • Ability to use own initiative
  • Proven good organisational skills and have an eye for detail
  • Able to travel to Coventry short term until the move to Central Birmingham is completed
