A fantastic opportunity to join a growing Global fashion retail company as an FP&A Analyst. The contract is 6 months with the view to go permanent.
My client are a global fashion and lifestyle company that connects brands to consumers through ecommerce platforms. They have offices and fulfilment centres across 4 different continents. The Financial Planning and Analysis team are a core part of the Group Finance team based in Soho, London.
Due to continued growth of the company, they are looking for an FP&A analyst to join the FP&A Group team to help articulate and analyse the Group's business performance and forecasts to the Board. You will work closely with the regional FP&A teams across the globe.
The role is initially a 6 month fixed term contract with the view to go permanent. They are looking for someone that would be able to start within a couple of weeks so a short/no notice period is ideal.
Prepare, and have ownership of, part of the Group's monthly and quarterly business review packs for senior management and the board
Analysis of financial results, non-financial KPIs and explain actuals versus budget, forecast and last year
Liaise with regional FP&A teams to understand local business performance and provide detailed insight at Group level
Support the preparation of external results and presentations, working closely with internal teams
Assist in the development of the Finance strategy
Work on key Finance projects and system developments (Onestream)
Assist with Group budgeting and forecasting process and flash reporting
Provide business insights and financial support to key members of leadership teamsKey requirements:
ACCA/CIMA part-qualified or QBE
Previous experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (2 years ideally)
Previous retail or ecommerce experience (advantageous)
Strong Excel skills
Friendly and outgoing team player
Able to build strong working relationships
Experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
