Anaplan is looking for a tenacious EMEA Payroll Administrator to join our Accounting team in, London, Maidenhead UK., or Paris, is a stellar opportunity to get involved in a highly visible, large scale SaaS cloud company.

This role is an immediate full-time position.

If you’re ready to roll up your sleeves and tackle unique problems that no one else is solving, keep is looking to hire an experienced Payroll Administrator to join the EMEA Payroll team, reporting to the EMEA Payroll Manager.

This is a crucial role that will assist in in the payroll operations in a fast paced and evolving environment.

This role will be primarily focussed on supporting our operations and being a trusted partner to the teams in France & Switzerland.

In addition, the role will also support the administration of the other European payrolls as part of the EMEA Payroll team.

The successful candidate should expect to bring to bear current skillsets while also focusing on learning quickly and adding value to the current processes.

Working as part of the EMEA payroll team, you will partner with a forward-thinking attitude and embrace working in a diverse and fast paced see for yourself what an exciting place to work for looks on your impact Prepare all payroll inputs to the payroll providers (Joiners, Leavers, Fixed and Variable Pay changes, Holidays etc).

Ensure all benefits/equity is accurately reported and taxes paid as required.

Validate payroll output and ensure accuracy of pay runs prior to payments.

Ensure timely payment and compliance to all payroll related taxes.

Prepare monthly accounting journals for the monthly payroll and payroll related accruals.

Be the primary point of support employee queries in France and Switzerland.

Partner with HR & Benefits in providing a best-in-class employee experience.

Work as an integral member of the Payroll Team to ensure a great Employee experience.

Your Qualifications, Your InfluenceTo be successful in the role, you must possess the following skills Experience of working in an EMEA shared service centre.

Prior experience in processing and reporting equity grants/vesting to local authorities.

Fluent in French is a requirement.

Proactive and self-motivated with a good attention to detail.

Strong communicator both verbally and written Demonstrated ownership, problem-solving and analytical skills, combined with impeccable integrity Strong team player with a can-do attitude You challenge the old ways of doing things and enjoy changing the status quo to optimize process You also enjoy working in a dynamic ever-changing, hyper growth environment A passion for new technologies and process automation whilst ensuring high standards of diversity and inclusion commitmentBuild your job in a place that thrives on diversity, inclusion and belonging.
