On-Site London are currently recruiting for a Sales Manager / Business Development Manager to start for one of our clients based in London.
As the business development manager, you will focus on generation of new business, by:
* Developing of a strong pipeline on new business prospects especially within consultancy
* Sourcing on new leads from a mainly cold basis with some warm elements
* Contributing to the overall growth of the business
* Researching and identifying new business opportunities
* Meeting with clients face to face/ over the phone
* Developing relationships with clients
* Good understanding of the business and clients’ needs
* Good understanding of the businesses' services and be able to advise others about them
The ideal candidate should hold:
* Good sales track record
* Good leadership skills
* Good communication skills
* Good time management skills
* Good business knowledge
* Negotiation skills
Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
