Do you come from an accounts background?

A new exciting role has become available with a reputable client of ours based in Swadlincote. You will be carrying out the whole purchase ledger process, from setting up new suppliers right through to preparing payments.

To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:

Strong experience within a similar accounts role
High attention to detail & accuracy
Excellent communication skills
The ideal candidate will have proven experience within the accounts sector. You will be a great team player and an excellent communicator. Having experience with the Kerridge system would also be advantageous.

Within this position, you’ll also be:

Uploading invoices & credit notes
Matching & coding invoices
Reconciling statements
Setting up new suppliers
Supplier reconciliation
Preparing & processing payment runs
Allocating payments
Resolving invoice queries
Salary & Working Hours

Salary is £20,000 - £24,000 per annum, dependant on experience

Working hours are Monday - Friday
