Salary: £17,257 per annum (Grade 4 (Points 7-10)
Contract type: Permanent for 39 weeks per year (38 weeks term time, 5 training days (3 inset days plus 2 days in summer break)
Hours: 37 hours per week (Mon – Thu 8:30am-4:30pm and Fri 8:30am-4pm with 30 min lunch)We are seeking to appoint a Behaviour Mentor to remove barriers to learning and support personal and academic growth of students. The role will also include working with students who have been identified as needing support in managing their turning point behaviour support system, including detentions a college, we are very proud to have been the Department for Education Pupil Premium Secondary Regional Champion, Leicester Mercury School of the Year and shortlisted for the Pearson's 2018 National School of the year.
