We are currently looking to recruit two IT Trainers to join our team.

The role will manage an IT training programme for a major internal project encompassing a product which will be used by the entirety of the business.
The role will be on a fixed term and be responsible for pulling together all training materials and coordinating training sessions in advance, floor walking on ‘go live’ and user support for the months following ‘go live’.
The role will also be responsible for developing a group of power users’ knowledge, who will be used to bolster the role’s support efforts.
The role should be familiar with the Liberate product, offered by Linetime and have a strong understanding of document, matter, case and practice management systems work in the legal IT sector.
Job Responsibilities: Manage the training requirements, scheduling and deployment for a major solution (Linetime’s Liberate product) across the business Design and maintain online/web-based training on SharePoint and e-Academy platforms Provide classroom-based training Provide remote, VC-based training sessions Be familiar with SCORM and Learning Management Systems Be capable of adjusting training materials and techniques based on user skillset or experience Work closely with the IT infrastructure and support function to provide end user application support Arrange one-to-one sessions with users who struggle with e-learning or classroom-based sessions Core Competencies: People Focused Works closely with colleagues across the Firm.
