Job Title: Graduate Scheme - Business Development
Salary: £24k basic salary (£37k total with OTE)

With 500% staff growth over the last 5 years, and fantastic offices in the centre of Manchester, our client is a growing global entity that makes high quality software development fun for their vast client base.
They’re now looking for graduates to come in, learn about and execute Business Development strategy as they look to build on some impressive growth plans over the next two years.
Graduate Scheme - Business Development Package:
A competitive basic salary of £24k
OTE/Commission taking your total Y1 take home to £37k

Graduate Scheme - Business Development Role:
Promoting and marketing the company through extensive and persistent calling, emails, LinkedIn and communication(s) to prospective target clients
Providing in depth information to the VP of Sales to enable the most qualified and productive demos
Researching and evaluating additional leads/prospects through web research
Meet or exceed assigned quota of a calls and touchpoints on a weekly basis
Working together with the VP of Sales to grow a specific account verticals
Help as needed to build awareness on Tech Leadership events, CTO roundables, CXO insight sessions
Maintaining all contacts/opportunities and recording all progress in Pipedrive
Graduate Scheme - Business Development:
Educated to degree level
Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills – you must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis
Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed and resilience
Ideally, you’ll have a proven track record with some selling experience (no matter how small!)
