We are currently recruiting a Administrator / Resourcer to join their business on a temporary long term contract with a view to becoming permanent for the right applicant.

Position to start ASAP, working from home. Company Laptop, internet dongle, mobile phone will be provided.

Working hours - Flexible ideally between - 6pm.

Happy to consider part time (20/25 hours per week) Monday to Friday

Job Role:

The role of the Administrator/Resourcer will be to assist the Contract manager in the complete delivery of recruitment and candidate aftercare management in line with specific client requirements.
Duties will include speaking with job applicants , Interviewing, Pre Screening, arranging interviews/ inductions/medicals and conducting pre employment checks/ registering candidates.
All aspects of administration to include, weekly payroll, handle and resolve Associates pay queries in a timely manner and ensure compliance in line with Client and Company standards.
Update data bases, sending emails and completing/sending payroll documentation.
The role will involve working to deadlines and agreed timescales as well as client and candidate interaction.
Assist Contract manager to ensure that the maximum number of vacancies is filled.
Assist Contract manager in ensuring adherence to the Company policies and procedures and that administration is completed in accordance with these procedures and in line with Client requirements.
Establish and maintain goodwill with all Clients and Associates

You will need to display the following personal attributes to succeed in the role:

- Previous administration, customer service experience preferred.

- Strong organisation skills and attention to detail

- Excellent relationship building skills with both internal and external customers

- Good verbal and written communications skills

- Time management, prioritisation skills and the ability to work to deadlines

- Ability to work equally well on own initiative or a contributing team member

- Demonstrates a flexible approach to the working day

- Good knowledge of MS office packages (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to quickly learn new systems
