REED Colchester are working with a lovely business based on the outskirts of Colchester. They are a booming business at this time and things are really busy which is very reassuring!!
Role and Responsibilities:
- Taking Customer orders over the telephone and via email
- Making up contracts for customers
- Checking through contracts
- Tracking orders and shipments
- Arranging customer deliveries
- Liaising with customer and clients
- Dealing with suppliers
- Speaking with customers and clients over the phone
- Reporting data and orders on excel
- Liaising with couriers and hauliers
