TheRole: The successful candidate will be responsible forthe installation, support, maintenance, overhaul, adjustment and modificationof in-house computer and machine systems throughout the Casino. This job description covers both electrical and mechanical aspects of the Technicians job and will require the Technician to undertake any task which is within their competence. The job will be largely focused on optimizing performance, troubleshooting a variety of computer/machine issues, both hardware and software to reduce downtime. What you will bedoing: - You will be responsible for theinstallation, support, maintenance, overhaul, adjustment and modification ofin-house computer and machine systems throughout the casino. - You will be focused on optimizingperformance, troubleshooting a variety of computer/machine issues, bothhardware and software to reduce downtime. - You will act as a technical resourceto assist non-technical staff with resolving and explaining issues to thecustomer, as required. - You will participate in companywidecontinuous improvement initiatives. - You will demonstrate the correct andcontinual use of all recording and reporting systems on all related matters(e.g., breakdowns, maintenance etc.). - You will assist with the training ofTechnicians as required. - You will demonstrate and ensure highstandards of Health & Safety are maintained. - You will plan, implement, manage andmeasure projects in a timely and directed manner. - You will manage spare parts,procurement and stock control levels. - You will demonstrate the correct andcontinual use of all company procedures, systems and documents. - You are comfortable working on your owninitiative, taking action based on your best judgment and you are not afraid toask for support if necessary The responsibilities mentionedabove are neither exclusive nor exhaustive and the positions may vary per postor can be subject to change. To dothis job you will need to: - You will have both electrical andmechanical experience. - Must have the ability to solder,replace chips/caps on PC and electronic boards. - Experience in electronics debug andfault finding. - Genuine interest in technology - 3 or more years repair experience ina relevant role or repair centre experience (relating to PC, laptop, smartphoneand tablet repair, New PC/custom PC builds) or Electronic qualification. - Full clean drivers licence/car although not essential is a plus 3 years
