Full time - Monday to Friday working hoursSearch are currently recruiting for a company based in Liverpool who are seeking an experienced Export Administrator.
Job Purpose: Responsible for the completion of defined processes and procedures to the deadline, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant internal and external standards.
Key Responsibilities of the role:
Receive, monitor and process daily shipments and ensure the correct regulatory and required paperwork is in place for Export shipments
Produce and check Commercial Invoices, packing lists and any other export documentation as required.
Continuously monitor shipments from the point of receipt through to delivery.
Completion of shipping documentation
Assist in obtaining proof of Export, including checking documentation is correct and complete
Assist in the Warehouse/Despatch when required
Prepare and provide documents to customers in accordance with requirementsKnowledge and skills required:
Excellent verbal and written communication, numeracy and problem solving
Exceptionally organised with a high level of attention to detail
Working knowledge of Export procedures, processes and terminology
Understanding of international trade and commercial documentation
