Would you like a 10 week temporary position working as a Customer Service Advisor in Chippenham? We are recruiting on behalf of an excellent client of ours as they embark on an exciting new project in Chippenham.

Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor:

No inbound calls: responding to email and social media enquiries
Maintaining a professional and positive rapport with the customer
Identifying customer needs and providing an excellent customer service ensuring those needs are met
Liaising with various external departments to resolve customer enquiries
Effectively handling objections and placating difficult customers
Working effectively as part of a wider team, meeting both individual and team goals

Skills of a Customer Service Advisor:

Excellent communication skills
Fantastic technology skills, and an engagement with mobile technology
Ability to demonstrate self-motivation and resilience
Experience in a call centre or contact centre, or in a customer service role of some sort

Package and benefits of a Customer Service Advisor:

Salary: Monday to Saturday, £ per hour; Sunday, £ per hour
Hours: Friday to Tuesday, -
Location: fantastic location in Chippenham
Two weeks of excellent office based training, Monday to Friday, -
10 week temporary assignment starting 18th October
Flexible, working from home options can be discussed after your two week probationary period
