About the role We have a new opportunity for an experienced Team leader to join our busy Billing team in Swindon.

A variety of soft skills and experience may be required for the following role - please ensure you check the overview below carefully.

Your role will be to manage a team of agents dealing with customer inbound white mail, and outbound letters that are sent out from the internal Post Room.

In addition to managing a fabulous team you will support them by ensuring helping them to meet performance targets through regular and effective performance management by motivating the team to succeed and to seek out and drive opportunities for process efficiencies.

Key areas of accountability will include: Performing regular 1-2-1s and set clear goals and objectives for team and ensures that the team perform against these, consistently.

Develops others through coaching, feedback, exposure.

Creating a positive and motivating working environment and know what motivates different people and aligns work accordingly.

Preventing any regulatory failures and safeguard business performance.

Ensuring that work is completed to a high standard and that this is reflected in company systems used to record both customer interactions and work completed.

Managing an operational team to perform effectively against internal and external targets.

To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience Significant relevant customer interaction experience A good understanding of business acumen Excellent customer service skills Previous experience of working within a target driven environment often exceeding KPIs or SLAs Ability to lead and develop people, previous coaching and a proven track record of developing staff Able to work well under pressure in a target driven area Experience of using C4C, BPMS, SAP CRM, Verient and Office software would be highly advantageous What’s in it for you?
