Exciting opportunity for an administrator to join a great company based in Aylesford (Kent). Responsibilities are to ensure all orders are processed accurately via the various ordering systems and email including Fresh produce. To action alerts in a timely manner for integrated orders.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
Responsible for the management of Epsys.
Process email orders accurately onto Chorus.
Manage Integrated Order alerts and to inform the customer.
Process the fresh produce orders.
Update relevant pricing files.
File all orders correctly.
Manage and respond to the Key Support email
Manage customers booking in systems where applicable.
Carry out relevant check lists at the end of day.
Make outbound and inbound calls to customers.
Ensure price increases are informed and calculate pricing when necessary.
Arrange credit notes and collection as and when required.
Inform customers of any Out of Stocks or changes to their order.
Accurate processing of orders.
Book in customer’s orders.
Maintain Price files
Key Support Email in box
Accurate communication to Managers, Team Leaders and other departments.
Ensure Company Regulations and procedures are implemented.
Competency profile required/Person specification:
Excellent communication skills.
Outstanding Customer Service
Working on your own and as part of a team.
A good eye to detail.
