About the Technical Consultant role: You will work as part of the application installation team to successfully deliver Aderant Expert projects.

This client-facing role will be expected to undertake a cross-section of tasks to support the technical aspects of the software engagements.

Responsibilities of our Technical Consultant will include: Implementing and rolling out client systems, from installation to the delivery of client technical training Serving as a primary technical liaison between company and client.

You may travel to client sites on occasion Maintaining notes and communication channels regarding project progress with clients and internal resources Resolving clients’ questions or problems in the areas of system installation/configuration/setup, product functionality, and fixes/enhancements What we’re looking for in our ideal Technical Consultant: Essential Experience in building applications in Microsoft Visual Studio 2017 and onwards Technical proficiency of coding in C Experience using APIs and/or third-party integrations Experience of Microsoft SQL Server 2012 onwards (Tables, Stored Procedures, Views, Triggers, etc.) Experience with a scripting language – PowerShell & Python Technical proficiency with Microsoft Windows Server 2012 onwards, with a focus on IIS Candidates are required to pass a cognitive aptitude test before any employment offer will be made Desirable Prior experience delivering client projects for a software vendor The ability to manage workload to continually deliver excellent results Strong analytical and problem-solving skills The ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with technical, business and management staff Flexibility to adapt to change and to learn and develop new skill sets as required If you would like to join the team as our Technical Consultant or find out more information, then please click ‘apply’ today– we’d love to hear from you
