FJA are working on behalf of leading Utility Company who are recruiting for a Service Sales Support Manager.

My Client is going through an exciting period of growth and they are now looking for a Service Sales Support Manager to support the Commercial organisation in the UK region for our Leakage Detection product line.
This is a great opportunity for a person with a technical background to develop their skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Reporting to the Sales Director and joining a growing team of Sales Managers and Sales Product Specialists, the Sales Product Specialist will help to evolve and deliver several key Leakage activities for our clients.
The Job: Manage Sales clients daily with data and performance Client interface of the project Sign off Commissioning for logger installs Schedule equipment installs and program results.
Continuous monitoring of the product results Dashboard creation for our clients Technical Leakage discussions with the clients Financial sales accountability for each project Manage our Data as a service program across UK clients.
Day to day activities performance of each project.
Maintaining an understanding of company policies and procedures; as well as communicating/clarifying them where necessary to subsequent staff.
Ensure you are aware and adhere to their collective and individual responsibilities under the GDPR Regulations.
Experience: Must be technically experienced in Loggers and ideally leakage detection products Must be commercially focussed with previous contract management skills Skills / Knowledge: Capable of understanding customer needs and translating this into product ideas and functional specifications.
