The Responsibilities? Meetings with senior management to understand the business requirements in relation to talent, from recruitment to retention. You'll work closely with the senior team and managers to understand the business requirements in relation to talent, from recruitment to retention. You will help to craft world class job and person specifications that will raise the talent bar. You will set up and manage a recruitment pipeline, owning primary responsibility for supporting all vacancies from junior appointments to a high-level ones. This will extend to creating a robust and enriching on-boarding program for each area of the business aimed at sharing brand values, company culture and management expectations. You will build a 12 month social calendar of events aimed at enriching employee lives and staff retention levels. In summary, you will build amazing teams, manage the recruitment process and harness the development of the culture whilst collaborating across all areas of the business.

Candidates with a recruitment background in e-commerce or FMCG are of particular interest. However, a growth mindset, self-assurance and integrity to report into Board level, as well as the ability to effortlessly communicate and influence are essential. A growth mindset, a 'can-do' approach and placing a high value on delivering business impact are important.
